Terms of Service

To access features such as food ordering, grievance submissions, and directory listings, you must register using a valid Indian mobile number and verify it via One-Time Password (OTP).

• You must be at least 18 years of age or access the service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTPs.

SETU functions as a technology facilitator and community aggregator connecting citizens of Sri Dungargarh with local merchants, public utility information, bus timetables, municipal election tally boards, and civic services.

• Food & Merchant Orders: We act as an intermediary marketplace. The respective restaurant or merchant partner is solely responsible for food preparation, hygiene, quality, and pricing.
• Bus Schedules & Timings: Public transport timings are aggregated from local transport operators and depots for informational convenience. Operators may modify schedules due to weather, traffic, or operational contingencies.
• Municipal Election Tally: Election counting data and booth results are compiled from publicly available official election records.

When using SETU, you agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent orders, fictitious delivery addresses, or fake grievance claims.
• Abuse, harass, or threaten delivery personnel, merchants, or support agents.
• Use automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to harvest data from our servers.
• Post defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material on community boards or feedback forms.

All prices displayed on the platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees and packaging charges may apply based on merchant location and delivery distance.

Payments can be made via UPI, credit or debit cards, net banking, or Cash on Delivery (where supported by the merchant). Orders once accepted by the restaurant enter preparation immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, SETU and its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from merchant delays, food quality defects, bus delays, or temporary system outages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sri Dungargarh / Bikaner, Rajasthan.
